Self Shipping Insurance protects your order against loss or damage while it is in transit to you.

2. Coverage
By purchasing Self Shipping Insurance, you are covered for:
- Lost shipments – when the carrier confirms the package was never delivered.
- Damaged items – if your order arrives with physical or functional damage caused during transit.

3. Exclusions
Self Shipping Insurance does not cover:
- Packages that show as “Delivered” by the carrier (including theft or misplacement after delivery).
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages returned to sender due to missed delivery attempts or refusal.
- Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect item functionality.
- Orders shipped without selecting Self Shipping Insurance at checkout.

Note: Once the carrier marks a shipment as “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe delivery location.

4. Filing a Claim
To file a claim, please contact us via Insurance Clain Center within 5 days of the expected delivery date or upon receiving a damaged order.

Include:
- Your order number and proof of insurance purchase.
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable).
- A brief description of the issue.

5. Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Refund the insured value of the order (excluding shipping and insurance fees).

Claims are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving all required information.

6. Limits of Liability
- Coverage is limited to the total product value of the insured order.
- Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of fraud, abuse, or insufficient evidence.
