1. Warehouse location
Our warehouse is located in the USA. We ship all products from there.
2. Payment Provider
PayPal is used as the payment provider. Please note PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policy: www.paypal.com
3. Shipping costs
USA:
Order value up to $99.99 = $4.99
Order value from $100 or more = free shipping
All other countries:
Order value up to $99.99 = $9.99.
Order value from $100 or more = free shipping.
Note: We currently only ship within the USA and Canada.
4. Refund
Every product ordered from GIRLBOZ is specially made, filled and packaged. This means that every order is individual and cannot be refunded. Digital products are also excluded from refunds.
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
Defective or Damaged physcial Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 day of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of GIRLBOZ.
Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not fully delivered or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Expired Products: Receiving a product in an expired condition warrants a report to our Customer Service within 5 days for potential refund or replacement.
5. Product damaged
In case of product damage, please send us a photo. Everything else will be handled by our refund department.
6. Shipment damaged
If your shipment is damaged, please send us a photo. Everything else will be handled by our refund department.
7. Shipment incomplete
In case of an incomplete shipment, please send us a copy of the delivery note. Everything else will be handled by our refund department.
8. Shipment lost
In such a case, we will clarify the incident with the respective shipping service provider. If the shipment cannot be found, you will receive a full refund.
