Physical goods: Normal shipping service providers are used for national shipping. Well-known shipping service providers such as DHL and UPS are used for international shipping.
Digital goods: Digital products - in this case e-books - can be downloaded via a download link. This download link is sent to the email address specified in the purchase process after successful payment.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Within the USA 5 dollars, Canada 10 dollars and all other shipping countries 10 dollars. For orders of at least 100 dollars there are no shipping costs for any country.

Shipment incomplete
If the shipment is incomplete, please check the package for damage and cuts. Please then send us photos of the package and the delivery note.
Shipment damaged
If the shipment is damaged, please take photos of all sides of the package in advance. Then open the package and check whether the shipment is complete, whether goods are missing or damaged. If necessary, please contact us.
Shipment lost
If you do not receive the shipment, please contact us. We will contact the postal service provider immediately and clarify the matter.
Merchandise damaged
If individual products are damaged, please check the package for damage and take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us.
